All sales of books are final. However, should your book arrive damaged, please send an email to rd@nytesmallpress.com within seven days detailing the date your package arrived, condition of the packaging, and description of damage. NYTE will reply within 24 hours. In most cases NYTE wil ship a replacement copy within 2-3 business days. In certain cases, NYTE reserves the right to ask that the damaged book and its original packing materials be returned to the address below before NYTE ships a replacement copy.
